The service was friendly and helpful despite language barriers. The dining options were mixed, with some decent choices but also substandard selections. The location was a standout feature, being minutes away from shops and restaurants.
My stay at the hotel was really nice. The cleanliness of the rooms on the 3rd floor was top-notch, although I had to wait until 3 pm to check in, which was a bit inconvenient considering it was peak season and guests were still leaving. The location was perfect for last-minute souvenir shopping and being in the heart of downtown Kuta, surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. The dining experience left something to be desired as the breakfast options were limited for non-Asian palates, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.
